Bluewave Seafoods signs Business Doctors for 2020 Vision

Bluewave Seafoods, a Cape Town-based organisation supplying and trading in a variety of quality seafood products & niche service to a wholesale international industry, recently announced that they entered into a long-term service contract with Business Doctors Africa.

Key to this appointment is a strategic roadmap that was adopted by Bluewave Seafoods, with the goal to maximise its business value by 2020, through targeted revenue and resource growth - while ensuring balance and alignment to both shareholder and customer aspirations.

In establishing their vision, Bluewave Seafoods adopted the Business Doctors’ value builder assessment, key practices and step-by-step methodologies in identifying areas of the business that will require focussed attention.

After hosting an extensive strategy workshop in Cape Town, South Africa with the Customer, a long-term plan to drive and measure operational results were implemented. Business Doctors will have a hands-on approach in assisting, measuring progress and consulting with Bluewave Seafoods on their ongoing business aspirations.

This appointment is a milestone in Business Doctors Africa’s expansion of its regional footprint and the formal establishment of a franchise for the Western & Eastern Cape regions in South Africa, under the management of Henk Stander and his Team.
