So what can an SME learn from a corporate? Not much you might think as they are so fundamentally different.
This is the defining characteristic of most entrepreneurs whether they like to admit it or not. If you look at our fresh faces you can see slight remnants of the panic that all of this frantic chewing incurred after starting our now ever-growing businesses. Antonio has a strong background in marketing and sales that has been a huge driver to this success. Chantal’s analytical research-based background is the stabiliser that all young businesses need. Both of us have young energy and innovative perspective that we bring to every situation; these characteristics are ones we have been able to flaunt in the years of consulting and managing medical practices. Now we are armed with knowledge and experience that we hope to use in helping to give you the tools as an entrepreneur to cut up the pie into more manageable pieces but still eat it all.
As business owners, we are our own bosses, left to our own devices when it comes to running our business. It takes a friend, that you can find in us, to help open your eyes to all the things you are capable of achieving merely by making you do what we know you can through programmes we have available like Value Builder.
With both of us being born into families of entrepreneurs it seemed as though there was no other path that was best suited for us to take. By observing family and friends grow their businesses and heeding their advice, we had it easier than most as we had so many of their mistakes to learn from amongst our own unique problems to face when starting our own ventures. As Business Doctors we want to pass on this accumulated knowledge to other business owners and watch as you sail through the process of starting and growing your business.
